In addition, you might want to change some of your habits when they become an obstacle between you and your goals.

     You have to know your needs and priorities in order to make your time more productive. Firstly, you should nourish your spiritual needs by worshiping god. For instance, you can be accomplished that by praying, reading Quran and meditating. Secondly, you ought to nourish your psychological needs by keeping in touch with people you love. Besides, you can practice your hobbies and the things that make you happy. In addition you certainly should nourish your physical needs because a sound mind is in a sound body. For example, eat healthy and always make time for exercise. Furthermore, you need to know what your priorities are, so you balance your time between them. For instance, what is more important quality time with family or work? Who much time you should spend on each?
